Hi,
I ordered a new SIM card for replacement last Tuesday. The system showed me the new card will be delivered within 2 days to my home. However, I haven't received it yet. Besides, I didn't receive any email that might inform me of the delivery. I didn't have any information about it. I just wondering if I ordered it successfully or not. Do I need to order another one?

I would suggest calling our Mobile Care team or pop into an EE Store to check the order.

@Fuys08 , that will also depend how quickly the post is, as it is usually delivered by second class post.
