Hi all,
So basically I sent my phone off for repairs with DPD on 3rd September; I wasn't expecting a courier so soon as the emails went to my junk inbox (which is strange as other EE mail goes to main inbox) and didn't take any photos of the phone or print out the repair receipt. Anyway, the repair tracker is still saying "awaiting device" which makes me wonder where on Earth my phone actually is?! Does anybody know how long it takes to get your phone back after repairs? It's a Google Pixel 3a.

It's probably still waiting to be looked at. I'm sure the repairers are working with reduced capacity like most companies.
If you are unsure call them or EE Monday.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
