Hi, I am Cui Jianyu. I forgot to pay my mobile fee last three months, because I came back to China. When I check my account, it had been closed. So, I paid 60 pounds to my mobile number. However, I found my account is still closed. Could you help my to open my account and check my payment? Thank you

OK. So, I can only pay my last three months fees. If I want to reopen my account I have to go to the EE service hall or make a call to customer service, is this right?

You will probably find that once your a/c was closed due to lack of payments it has now been handed over to debt collectors. Which in turn will mar your credit record making it difficult taking out a new mobile contract.
