Renew my current pack

Hi, I have 2 day left of my current pack but I want to renew it as I need to use my data. And I’ve texted 150 with NOW Nat it replied with
‘
You already have a Pack, but if you would still like to start another one straight away, please text ALL PACKS to 150, buy a pack with your credit and then text NOW to 150.

I’ve never had a problem with renewing my pack early but this time it has just replied with this when I tried yesterday and today. How am I suppose to restart my pack?

You need to top-up and buy the same pack first before you can text NOW to 150.
