My wife has just selected a £5 pack

When I try I get no choice to change it only shows current pack

Does texting ALL PACKS to 150 offer you any more?

Just tried and do get choices but starts at £10 pack  no £5

How did you wife purchase her Pack. Was it a promotional offer she received?

it came up as a choice of change packs on here My ee page

when I sa come up , I mean that when she clicked on change packs it was one of the choices

when I click on change packs on MY EE  I shows no choices at all

tried that I did get message back offering £5 pack, it said reply YES if I wanted to go ahead so I replied YES.  Got reply say would lose boosts if I still want to go ahead reply YES 

I did that  but no reply    Nothing has come back   

That's right! You do lose your boosts by switching to a pack under £10.

Point is It will not let me select a £5 pack just hangs
