basically I bought £20 voucher for top up my data but before that i don't know how to top up the voucher and then i went on the ee app and click on the 10 £ top up for unintentional and it top up but it not my credit it my mum bank credit so can i please get the money to my mum bank credit.

@Kansathon : PAYG credit it is not refundable.
To use the top-up voucher text VO (space) 16-digit voucher number to 150. You can use the £10 credit after you use that.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

My 20 pounds Vocher i already top up but before that i top up on my phone for 10 pounds with my mum bank credit for unintentional what i want is get the 10 pounds top up back

As we told you it's non-refundable. Surely you can give your Mum £10 & use that credit later?
