basically I bought £20 voucher for top up my data but before that i don't know how to top up the voucher and then i went on the ee app and click on the 10 £ top up for unintentional and it top up but it not my credit it my mum bank credit so can i please get the money to my mum bank credit.

@Kansathon : PAYG credit it is not refundable. 

To use the top-up voucher text VO (space) 16-digit voucher number  to 150. You can use the £10 credit after you use that.

You pay your Mom back. That £10 is on your credit.

You're gonna be buying packs most months, if not all. You just use that £10 to buy a future pack & not have to shell out any money that month.
