Hi all I have a Xaiomi redimi note 9 pro . I have a couple of IP CCTV Camaras Hardwired to my router both work fine on any WiFi network but won't work in mobile data on this phone however if I put my SIM card in my old redimi note5 they work no problem also checked on other people's phones on mobile data and everything is working so it seems it's probably a settings issue but I have tried everything and can't get the Camaras to work
on this phone has anyone else had this problem thanks

Hi I acces the Camaras through the cam hipro app which works fine on WiFi but not on mobile data with this phone but if I put the SIM card into another phone it work fine in mobile data

@paul9019 It could just be the app on your new device that’s the issue when using cellular data. As you say it works on other devices so the only difference is the device with that app.

It is definitely a problem with the device just not sure what the problem is with it I have tried a few other apps as well all seen to work on WiFi but not on mobile data I have tried all the setting I can think of to be honest don't know what else to try

Ok I have just tried to access the Camaras through the web browser and it won't connect as it's saying ther is no internet connection but if I Google anything it works all very strange

Could you try disabling your phone's content lock in your My EE account, @paul9019?
I know the SIM works in a different device, but it may be worth a go.
