So I decided to recycle my android phone. Received a quote and prepaid envelope, I posted this using special delivery on 5/2/21.
Last night I received an email saying the phone had not been received and the quote given is due to run out in a few days. However, I tracked my parcel and its says delivered (8-2-21) and has proof of it being signed for. Could it just be an automated email and my phone just hasn't been processed yet?
