10days and my phone isn't unlocked and my pac code is going to run out

I have been waiting for my phone is unlock for a while now but still nothing and I can't even use ny pac code because iv been told it's invalid by another provider. 

 

Can anyone help me?

Once your PAC expires, can you not request a new one?

Did you request your PAC code over 30 days ago?
