My 4gee WiFi has no internet even when I give it 500m or more it says I have 20 GB left to use so I contacted EE through the online support and got it sorted the next day same thing is happening so I brought 10 GB of data and sent 5 GB back to my phone and it’s say the the 4gee WiFi has no date when it should have 5 GB so unfortunately I can’t contact EE as they are closed now

Is it still showing no data? I could only suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to help with this.
