Re-ordered my order

So with what looks like an imaginary order that i placed last week ive decided just to order it again and see what happens, there's no where on my account that shows i even placed an order and i cant get through to anyone but what was different about this order is it says its now being sent by royal mail not DPD? How odd

I did try them but they just said they weren't able to see into my account, ive had a notification from DPD for the second order saying it'll be delivered Monday so fingers crossed, i have a feeling like other people have had the order must of disappeared, seems as if you guys have had an issue online thats effected alot of peoples orders

hi am having similar issue i have upgraded to a new phone and plan but yet to recieve confirmation email of any kind and the upfront money  has been taking from my account. so where is my order?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders?

 

If you still don't have any confirmation, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your order status on your account.
