I was messaged to say there was a delay due to accessories being out of stock from an order on 4/12/2020. Advised to contact you but no answer on phone and when i go into my orders it says 'we can't show your order details right now'

If you have had an email asking you to call to discuss your order we would need to speak to you, could you please try calling again and let me know how you get on?
