I thin EE need to look at BrightStar they have had my phone for over a week and I have had zero confirmation of receipt of the phone or anything, luckily for me, I sent recorded and insured

Brightstar, I am guessing you haven't tried to contact them, just let's say you have more chance of going shopping with Lord lucan for a ps5 and taking all your shopping home on shergar. I spent 2  hours trying to get through,  EE customer service phone staff  amazing,  brightstar phone staff do they actually have any?
