I have had a payg £15 pack for 8 years, rang ee today as I needed more data, a lady at ee offered me a sim only for £14 and it would give me 150mb every month, I have been on my ee account and it says your allowances will reset on 5th August tomorrow ( my old payg pack would have restarted tomorrow) on a different page on my ee appbit says contract starts 4 Aug 2021 until 4th Aug 2023, can't understand the different dates, she also told me the new sim only pack would be £14 , it says on my ee account my plan cost is £16.67 plus vat and on another page it says my 150gb 24 months plan is £20, what is happening with the dates and the price i was told is different

@Bev54 : You have been switched from PAYG to SIM-Only contract with your agreement with dates coincident with the end of your PAYG pack. As to the price you will need to query that with CS but the advertised price of the 150GB plan is £20 (£16.67 + VAT).

When I rang she told me 150mg £14 pm
