Hello
My data plan has suddenly disappeared and despite several attempts with tech support over the past 2 days to remove and re add a data plan, my watch still is unable to download the e sim/ configure a data plan.
Can any one advise me please? For some reason my fitness app has also stopped registering any movements too - not sure if this is connected? Please help..

What steps did our Tech Gurus say they were taking to resolve this for you? Have they raised a support ticket?

I went straight through to Tech support this time and all was resolved. I am happy to say my watch data is back, up and running.
