Perk password reset

I have just received email to check if my mobile is registered on perks. However perks won't allow me to log in. 

Requested new password email was sent still won't accept new password

Do you have a perk code on your account at the moment?

 

Did the email have a link attached?

 

When you registered originally did you use your work or personal email address?

Yes, it came to my work email stating it needs my mobile number updating

Can you try and log into the EE Perk Portal here, please don't use the link on the email and see if you can access your perk account?

Can you see if my account is actually active?
Can you give me a new password?
Not sure as well if account was stopped when my pay monthly account was
changed, I'm monthly now but only sim. I have quiet good discount as I've
been with we for year's, maybe the loyalty was more than the ee perk? Our I
can't have both

What discounts are showing on your plan in My EE?

 

The Perk discount can't be used with any other discounts so may have been removed and replaced with a loyalty or promotional discount.
