Re: Phone won’t connect

Each month I pay £10 for £10 everything which includes Wifi Internet access. I topped up on the 22nd March at 22.21. However, my balance shows £10.09 but its not allowing me access to the Wifi Internet, instead its saying that I have to top up another £10.

How can this problem be fixed ASAP, instead of topping up another £10?

@houseofmuir : Your pack & the £10 top-up does not give you WiFi access at all; only access to the mobile network. Your device gives you WiFi access, independently of EE, by connecting to a nearby BB router & is often free, especially if it is your own home BB router.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
