Hi, I renewed my contract but EE emailed me asking me to call them to answer a couple of questions first. Obviously this is not an essential call but I need to know the best way to answer the questions without speaking directly to an assistant?

If you give us a call on 150 or 0800 079 8586 our Mobile Care team will be able to check your order for you and see what is needed 🙂

Our contact centres in the UK and Ireland are open to help keep you connected, but we have fewer people available to take your calls.
