Re: Order tracking: pay monthly orders

I placed my order to upgrade on Sunday, but the tracking hasn't updated.  Its a Samsung S21 grey 128Gb.  I've never had to wait much more than 48 hours for my new phone in the past!

Hi I've ordered the new fold3 and have been waiting 5 days for it to show a delivery date?  Confirmation awaiting still. Would I be able to get an update on this please.

Yea same I've never had to wait that long for a phone. Nearly a week now
without any idea if it's even coming or not. Ot how long I'll have to wait
is it a shortage of stock or colour because the colour I couldn't careless
about.

The current guidance for that model is 'order now. We'll deliver as soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer', @Dannys_Mummy.

 

As soon as we receive that stock, we'll dispatch the phones in the order in which they were placed.

I'm really not worried about which colour I have, but need to know how long it will be so that I can plan, just a ball park idea of days, weeks or months.  Given the issues with trying to obtain other electronic devices in the last 2 years.  (Finally got Xbox Series X after 9 months of narrowly missing out!)
