Order tracking: pay monthly orders

Hi, my phone was meant to be delivered yesterday and I still havent recieved a text from DPD. I'm getting it delivered to my work office but I cant be here everyday so I need to know when it will be delivered. It said within 24 hours but I have had nothing from DPD.

I had an email saying its out for delivery and also my old contract runs out on the 20th so I dont know what I'm meant to do. 

How can it be out of stock when it gave me a delivery date and said its out for delivery?
