my EE app & web page log on, both show incorrect roaming info. Both show me as having roaming blocked, despite my roaming for 10 years.  & can’t be unblocked.  Spoke to tech support, they say my roaming is enabled & that it’s an app software fault & they cannot resolve. Fault reference was closed as they couldn’t resolve.

Is this still showing as blocked within your My EE account? 

 

Can you text ROAMING to 150 and let me know the reply?

@Bartdog25 I’m about to travel internationally and am experiencing the same issue. Have you been able to test whether roaming is active on your phone despite the app/web saying blocked?
