Re: I have been waiting for 4 weeks for an order

been sent this message when trying to login/activate my perks account "Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame."

 

I tried to re-register but told me my work email and name had already been registered (the first failed attempt)  so can't be used agian.

 

How can i fix this?
