Re: How do I activate my 4g WiFi sim?

Hi, 

 

I am looking into get a 4G Wifi box for a month and then cancelling but you need 30 days notice to cancel. When does the billing date start, is it from the day you order or when the sim is activated? It is a 1 month rolling sim I think.

You'll get your first phone bill around seven days after you join EE.

Is there a reason you wanted to cancel after the 30 days?

Hi Leanne, 

 

We just need mobile wifi for a month before our main router is installed. Therefore would like to cancel as soon as is needed to not get charged for another month. 

 

I am actually buying the mini wifi box and a month of 100gb data from carphone warehouse so it essentially a prepaid SIM?
