I have the same think on the plan
EE SIM Plan Unlimited £27 UPG
says in my allowances unlimited mbs unlimited calls unlimited text
On Live chat been told this is not the case and a my EE error been with EE 14 years not great
Now saying cant speak to agent as all busy

Hi James
No they are not and been on live chat for over hour to 5 different people and not one has helped me i have sent them screen shots and saying mine is not unlimited plan.

no help all i want is what my plan states in my EE account and what stated in my allowance
I have started complaint as ridiculous if way i can send you transcript from online chat please let me know its very rude and not helpful

Hi @1stockwige,
The balance text would normally include your current data allowances. Have you just started your new plan? (With promotional plans it can take a few days for your full allowance to be added to your account)
Where are you seeing the incorrect data allowance?

Sorry, @1stockwige , but where does it show you don't have unlimited data? Everything you posted says "unlimited".
