The data on my S20+ phone is showing nil but when I login to my ee account I have only used a very small amount of my data allowance. I have tried to reset this on my phone but everything is greyed out. 

Any ideas how I can upload my data?

Yet my phone is still stating I have used all of my data, which apparently was due to an app Daily Mail running in the background which it does not. 

 

I need to reset my phone but as mentioned earlier everything is greyed out.

Can you access apps and the internet using data on your phone? 

 

Have you tried restarting your phone to see if the option shows to reset the data information?
