Hi, trying to cancel a data only sim (monthly contact out of contract) which I do not have or know it’s phone number. I need the phone number to either undertake a web chat or call customer services. So I’m stuck with no obvious option to cancel this sim. Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks S

If you go to the contact us page you'll get the phone number
You can't cancel via a web chat.

That’s understood I was trying to use the web chat to get a steer. When you phone In the automated system wants a EE phone number which I do not have for the SIM card and my mobile is not on EE network so hence my post here as I need a way to get past the automated phone system. Thanks S
