Definitely a EE problem. I recently took out a sim only with 160gb only have 140gb left its not even been a month. Max I would do on 02 was no more than 15gb a month. Wish I never made the change now

Hi @Mobigbig,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
If you check your data usage in your phone's settings, which apps are showing the highest usage?

It can't be a app issue or my usage behavior. It hasn't changed. 20gb has gone since the 17th of February. I noticed how dramatically it drains my data with your network. I just left o2 before hand and 20gb would last over a month.

I know right! This network just drains data! Mine hasn't changed since I posted this thread, it's definitely EE. I regret being stuck with a contract now

Hi @Mobigbig,
That's not an unusually high amount of data to use. If you check your data usage by app, for the same time period, you'll be able to see which apps are using the most data.

It's your network. I instantly noticed the difference joining ee. You must charge more than o2 for data usage. 20gb lasted me a month on o2 and 20gb is gone in 7 odd days with ee 😕.

Are you using the same device with EE, as you were previously with O2?
