Hello, I have encountered the same problem recently. Is EE still waiving the 150 call charge for payg customers? Thank you.

Were you calling an international number?
International numbers wouldn't be included in your minutes.

It's an EU number. As I said, it is not charged before and after. Only that particular call is charged.

It may very well be an EU no., Finland in fact, but calling overseas nos. from the UK is not included in your allowances & so you will be charged.
International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .
