Hello, I have encountered the same problem recently. Is EE still waiving the 150 call charge for payg customers? Thank you.

Hi @Cherryt.
Were you calling an international number?
International numbers wouldn't be included in your minutes.

It's an EU number. As I said, it is not charged before and after. Only that particular call is charged.

To save other people searching, 00358 is Finland https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_calling_codes and guidance for such international calls can be found at https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-and-international/calling-and-texting-abroad-from-the-uk/chan...

It may very well be an EU no., Finland in fact, but calling overseas nos. from the UK is not included in your allowances & so you will be charged.
International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK can be rather expensive but EE has a free add-on that anyone, on PAYG or contract, can apply for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The Free CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .
