@doodie  EE don’t have public WiFi. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If it is a neighbourhood BB issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
