Seems that EE Routers don't accept the necessary connection protocols for my MMDVM ham radio equipment

@M6GLZ EE routers are just like any other router, you might need to change a few settings within the router to allow this to work. On the router you’ll have a Http address and a user and password ( should be admin for both ) to access the router settings.

Have accessed router settings and unlike BT Router which connected automatically it wont allow the MMDVM's IP address to connect.

Router is latest EE Hub. The MMDVM is Raspberry Pi device and has an IP address of 192.168.1.169. It previously connected to a BT Hub without issue. It is a wireless device that connects ham radio transceivers to the internet.

Yes, but is it a wireless device that connects itself by WiFi to the router?

Yes it is a wireless device and the router does see it, so too does IP Scanner program on the PC.
