PS4 add to plan

Has anyone ordered the PS4 add to plan in the last few weeks and received their order? I have been told multiple false information regarding my order. Originally I was told I had one with my name on it out for delivery tomorrow. This was two weeks ago. More recently I have been told they are out of stock. 

Has anyone been given an idea of when they will be back in stock and out for delivery? I am starting to getting worried now Christmas is fast approaching. Thought ordering a PS4 would guarantee delivery rather than risking a PS5. Now thinking how wrong I was. Extremely frustrated by the whole situation 🤦‍♀️

@SLF89  You need to call customer services about this as they are in stock. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How do you know they are in stock. I was told this morning they are not in stock.

I have spoken to EE again and they have confirmed they are not in stock at present. I do not know where you got this information from, not particularly fair to get someone’s hopes up like this.
