Hi I placed an order yesterday and had an email saying my order was successful and being processed and I would receive a text when it was on the way. I've now had an email to contact EE as they want more information? Has my order gone through or not? Thanks

Can anybody help please? I ordered a new contract 2 weeks ago and part of the black Friday deal was having a free Nintendo switch? I've had the phone 2 weeks now and haven't heard anything about the switch? Has anybody else received the switch? Who do I contact about it? Thanks for your help. Regards molly x

You'll receive your Switch 15-30 days after receiving your phone.
We'll send you a text message when it is on its way.

It's not yet late. You are still within the delivery window of 15 - 30 days after receipt of the phone. In fact you've just started it.
