Hi I upgraded my account with 2 new phone last week but was advised that the 64bit would work ok instead of the 126 that my wife currently has. She has since tried to down load her content only to be told that she doesn't have enough memory. She will need to swop out for the 256 bit please. Can you contact me on xxxxxxxxxxx to find out what i need to do next please.

No one will contact you this is a customer forum so please edit your post and remove your number.
You will need to contact EE and cancel that upgrade. Once the return has been processed you can then upgrade again.
You will not be able to just swap it though.
