Promised delivery of my upgrade

I was told my phone would be delivered today 3/9/2019, I ordered 2/9/2019 I’ve had no texts from either EE or dpd! I’ve checked the website and it’s not in stock! Surely that would of been on there screens

Have you checked EE order tracking?

 

If your delivery is today then you will receive a delivery time text from DPD after 9.am. alternatively speak to CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yeah checked all of that stuff on my EE, checked the order number with dpd too and it’s not generated

yeah I phoned up yesterday and the lad said it would be with me today

It was the red one, but I’ve checked and most colours are out of stock, and it’s the 64gb one 🙂
