I have just placed an order for an upgrade online and had a confirmation page flash up then vanish before I could take not I have waited for the confirmation email to arrive but still nothing.
I called customer services who advised that they could take my order over the phone but I am concerned that my credit card details and direct debit details have been confirmed with my bank during the payment of the upgrade/handset.
Advise please as to when i am going to get the confirmation email

Thanks for upgrading with us.
You should receive your confirmation email within 24 hours.
If a payment has been taken but is not yet showing your bank should be able to confirm this for you.
