Is anyone else having problems getting a hold of bright star in regards to their Trade Ins?
I have been trying to find out what is happening with my funds to be received which I sent my phone in on the 9th of January and I’m still waiting to hear something from them.
I have emailed, tried to call them of which I have been cut off three times, on hold four times for up to 45 minutes!
I understand COVID is on one, but Christ, surely it shouldn’t be this difficult to find out what is going on?
I have used EE for my Trade Ins for years and don’t think I will be after this.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems contacting Brightstar. When did you email them? Hopefully they'll be in touch with you soon.
