Problem with order?

Hi, I purchased an upgrade 1 week ago. I have had an email verification of EE receiving the order, but haven't had any updates since. I suspect there may be an issue, and have tried calling support, but can't get through (understandable given current climate). I have tried the live chat option also, but no luck getting connected.

In the same boat bud. Did you get a text at all with an update tracker?

Nah no text yet either and can't track with order tracking number. I'm hoping it's just a case of not having stock up to date and just waiting for manufacturers. 

I'm going to ring up again so will let you know how I get on.

Managed to get through. Adviser couldn't figure out what had happened with my order, but all sorted now. Glitch in the system I guess. Hope you get sorted too bud.

I believe I may also be having this issue. I ordered a upgrade saturday had a email confirming order. But nothing since, says phone is in stock on web and says that dispatch is usually a day. Just thought I may of heard something today really.
