Anyone else having problems with the internet broadband over this weekend it is absolutely driving me nuts my TV keep buffering I can't watch a film properly I have data of 500 per month which cost me over £35 for something I can't use

Don't hold your breathe I had trouble with mine for over a month
Customer services bounced me about like a ping pong ball no internet or phone kept taking the money then when compensation was discussed I got offered £52.21 And a good will offer of £30 take my £35 payment of it £47.21 .
No service for 43 days ...
According to a new Ofcom compensation scheme service providers automatically pay £8 PER day ......but guess what EE ain't really every where cos they ain't signed up to that list what's that tell you .
Oh and if they don't like what you post they can take it down .
The truth always hurts

@baconsnotreal : Regardless of whether EE have signed up to it or not, the OFCOM compensation scheme applies only to fixed landline BB, not mobile as per the OP.
Nowt you said is take-downable!

My problem was with my land line and broadband .
My line was part of the package bit ironic that potenialy EE could perhaps make money out of my misfortune in that perhaps they claimed and then just offered me some crumbs
So with respect grand master when a couple get married and they gotta sign the register and one side says I'm not signing ain't that like saying I can't committ cos I know I can't honour my vows.
So you see it does matter whiether things get signed or not who is Ofcom anyway
Surely not a greater force than you grand master

Well define the problem and who are the support team .
Because I talked to loads of people every where and some were going away on holidays and promised to get in touch when they got back
He was in Ireland Jack duggan that was.
then there was someone a young man from Plymouth who poor kid working from home he couldn't get to grips with the problem either.
Then another and another the so called customer support team that was the problem .
I had every excuse initially the battery was down in some box .
To an engineer would have to ping the line or give it a good shake .
I think it really effected me and at times in this difficult year of lock down 43 days without and the insult of compensation drives me to cry out in the night to warn others of the perils in this community .
And to warn every one every where
