Can I change the phone I upgraded to online today?

Hi,

I placed an order to upgrade my current contract to the Samsung S20 5G nearly new today. I meant to order the new version, not nearly new. Is it possible to change the upgrade to this as I haven't received the new phone yet?

Your best bet will be to call customer service on 150 when they reopen at 8am, and inquire with them.

Unfortunately we have no customer account access on here.

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC during the 14-day cooling-off period & then reorder what you really want.

  1. fill in this cancellation form

  2. email it to channel.returns@ee.co.uk or post it to:

  3. EE will be in touch with further instructions
