Recently completed an upgrade to 2 Samsung A71s, one each for self and partner.
Followed up on offer of a free set of headphones AKG Y500 for each phone but only received one set.
Any suggestions?

I have just had a look at the Samsung T&C's for this offer, slightly confusing?
'1 claim per purchase, 2 claims per household'.
