Problem receiving order

Hi, 

 

I placed an order for an ipad pro on 8th november 2018, it was delivered by DPD to 'simon' .... this was not to my address nor signed for by me. After a wild goose chase DPD informed me my order was sent to the wrong depot and they've now sent it back to you. 

 

I spoke with EE customer services and they said I should get a text today saying its been returned to you (which I haven't). They also said I'll need to place a new order. 

 

I haven't received the text to say its been returned and I'm sat here through no fault of m own wondering when I'll actually be able to place a new order. 

 

Please help!

Welcome to the community. 

 

Once the parcel has been scanned back into the warehouse we will notify you via text message, we do advise to allow 2-3 days for this.

 

If you would like to chase this further I would recommend contacting our customer service team again as we have no account access here. 

 

Fingers crossed the text comes soon and you get to reorder and enjoy your new iPad 🙂
