I have tried to set on "account settings" by myself. after inputting the PAC/STAC, it asks for my EE number and my old number. I confirmed both are correct, and they both start with 07, but it always prompts this: Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.
I cannot continue. please help.

Welcome to the EE Community,
If your unable to transfer your number online using MyEE I would recommend calling customer services on 150 and they will be able to complete your transfer request.
