Hi @Timmy712,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What response did you receive when you text PRIME VIDEO to 150?

Thanks

James

Your Amazon Prime Video runs out on 07 Feb 2020, after when you'll pay £5.99 a month. To cancel text STOP PRIME VIDEO to 150.

This is the message I received. No instruction on how to log in or use the offer.

Thanks @Timmy712

Did you ever make it to the Prime Video page that is sent out by text: http://ee.co.uk/primevideo ? You're supposed to receive that text, follow the link and we'll send you a PIN to continue with the registration.

Once you've completed all of that, you should get access to your Prime Video.

No I never received that link, or pin. Though using the one you posted I have managed to get it up and running. Thank you.

Hi, I have had a similar issue.

i went to the link and got a one time pin except I receive the follow message on the page

Sorry, you don’t have Amazon Prime Video with EE

Text PRIME VIDEO to 150 to activate it.

But it shows in my account as an Add-on?

When did you see that error message?

Were you able to enter your PIN successfully?

Thanks

Good Morning @Sweep1

Does Amazon Prime show as an add-on under your My EE?

When did you start receiving this error message and at what point does it appear?

Speak soon,

Katie 🙂

Hi,

This has been sorted now. Took a while but I finally got a message from EE with the link and it worked.

I just think it needs to be given time to activate

thanks
