Has anyone who pre-ordered the OnePlus 6T recieved their device today?

I ordered mine on the 31st but I am still seeing "Expected delivery date:

Hi @Christopher_G is there an issue with availability ? I upgraded and pre ordered on Sunday but have had zero updates on the tracker since. Rather frustrating that nothing appears to have been communicated and the phone was released on Tuesday. Any help is greatly appreciated.
