I can’t find a way to leave a positive review other than through my phone after ringing regarding my broadband but I’ll leave another one hoping it will be sent to the right department.
I rang up and spoke to Neil regarding a movement of my broadband to another home. He was very polite and made the process of organising everything very easy to understand. He's an amazing member of your team and a credit to EE 👏
