Hi!
I have waited over 24 hours and my number has not ported
1- waited over 24 hours
2- turned both off (on)
3 - taken sims cards out of both handsets (and reentered)
Can you please solve?

Did you complete the online form to port your number from the other network?
If so, when did you complete this?

If this has been completed over the phone, you wouldn't need to complete the online form.
I would suggest giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone. The team will get your port in looked into for you 🙂
