Hi!
I have waited over 24 hours and my number has not ported
1- waited over 24 hours
2- turned both off (on)
3 - taken sims cards out of both handsets (and reentered)
Can you please solve?

What do I need to do ?
Please be advised- I spoke to an EE agent over the phone as part of the process the agent took my Port Auth Code (pac) and said the who process would take 24hrs (please note- this was done last Friday, this means the 24hr process of porting would have be Monday and this morning my number should have ported)
What’s your thoughts?

Thanks for the quick reply.
If this has been completed over the phone, you wouldn't need to complete the online form.
I would suggest giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone. The team will get your port in looked into for you 🙂
