Porting your number page not working

Hi everyone,

 

trying to use the form at: 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/keeping-your-number

 

I enter PAC, it moves to the next step I enter my old mobile number (from 3) and I click next.

The form though says I'm not entering the EE number correctly (I'm not actually entering the number it comes from the my EE account). I tried another number still no-go.

I tried Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

@ariusbb   Give customer services a call and they’ll do this for you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I know they will do it for me over the phone.

 

Will anyone fix the web form for other customers though?
