I recently sorted an upgrade through the app.I then got an email asking me to contact ee regarding the order & to make sure I had the XKO number??checked the order details & can’t see anything useful?thanks

XKO number

Hello, On Saturday I ordered an upgrade to my SIM only contract. Today I received an email from EE asking me to phone them with my XKO number. I have no idea what this is. Can you help?

Has anyone got a email saying thank you for your order but nothing else? I ordered it yesterday and haven’t had anymore emails since, it says usually dispatched in one day but heard nothing more.
